Easy Monday Dinner

For Monday, we had little desire to cook much, and a pile of fresh vegetables from the CSA.

So:
  • Hamburger steaks with a Red Wine Sauce, made from Deco Zin, from How to Cook Everything. We didn't have shallots or tarragon. OH WELL.
  • Sauteed Swiss Chard, with a little garlic and soy sauce, from the Joy of Cooking
  • A baguette with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
  • Beer AND wine!
15 minutes to make. Tasty.
